About Us

Jeff Krumpholz

Jeff was raised by working class Houstonians. In his early 20s, Jeff worked for non-profit religious organizations helping at-risk Hispanic youth in tough situations, becoming fluent in Spanish and developing a love for helping others.

In 2006, Jeff started a litigation support company, working with courts and lawyers across Southeast Texas. For nearly two decades, Jeff has worked closely with litigators and has seen the inner workings of criminal, family and civil cases.

Several gray hairs later, Jeff attended evening classes at the University of Houston Law Center to get a law degree. While in law school, Jeff:

  • Won competitions and Best Advocate awards in both trial and jury selection;
  • Became the first student in UHLC history to compete solo and win the James J. Hippard Open Mock Trial Competition;
  • Served as a chairman for the nationally recognized UHLC Mock Trial Team;
  • Received the first-ever team Civility Award at the TX-ABOTA Best-In-Texas Competition.

While being mentored by some incredible Houston judges and lawyers, Jeff developed a passion for litigation and courtroom advocacy. Thanks to those mentors, Jeff came out of the gate at full speed, winning his first contested hearing against a seasoned lawyer while Jeff was still a law student. Within days of becoming a licensed attorney, Jeff was leading the argument against a large school district defendant in a case involving the wrongful death of a child.

Jeff's mission is to stand up for people who are facing difficult situations in our justice system. It takes skill, determination, and compassion to fight on behalf of everyday heroes who need help. Jeff's unique background, coupled with his legal expertise and dedication to his clients, makes him an invaluable asset to those seeking justice in our city.

Jeff is a member of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Family Law Section of the Texas State Bar, American Association for Justice, Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association, and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
